Yoga is a simple form of movement and meditation. Lucy teaches regular yoga classes and workshops. We encourage you to take advantage of our knowledge of simple postures and sequences to help you gain further flexibility, strength and physical ease.

YOGA SEQUENCE

Flexibility in the spine and the pelvis are vital for healthy movement. click HERE for a free pdf. The sequence includes hip opening postures and twists. Particularly beneficial after a long day at a desk.
